These Terms of Service govern your use of Meridian Research and the purchase of market research reports through our platform. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Meridian Research provides custom market research reports based on the brief you submit at the time of purchase. Reports are delivered electronically as PDF documents within the turnaround time specified by your selected tier.
All payments are processed securely through a PCI-compliant payment processor. Full payment is required before research begins. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice for future orders.
If your report does not meet the brief you submitted, we will revise it at no additional cost. If we are unable to deliver what was described in your brief, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Refund requests must be submitted via email with a description of how the report falls short of the submitted brief.
Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered report for internal business purposes. Meridian Research retains ownership of research methodologies and proprietary frameworks used in report creation.
Reports are provided for informational purposes and should not be considered investment, legal, or financial advice. Meridian Research is not liable for business decisions made based on report content. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific report in question.
